How We Run Your
Group Order

1. You Lead, We Collaborate

You act as the point of contact for your group. Whether you have a finished logo, a rough sketch, or just a "vibe" in mind, we work together to finalize the look. You can bring your own art in any format or choose from our signature Ivano designs.

2. The Spreadsheet 

We provide a simple template where you list exactly what everyone wants.

You can mix and match:

• Unique Details: Different names and numbers for every player.

• Variety: Different garment colors, sizes, and designs within a single group order.​

3. Easy 50/50 Payments

• The Deposit: Once the order details are set, you pay 50% to kick off production. You can collect funds from your parents or members however you like (cash, e-transfer, etc.).

• The Balance: The remaining 50% is due just before your gear is ready for local pickup or delivery.​

4. Local Pickup & Delivery

Once the final payment is cleared, your order is ready! Pick up your gear directly in Kitchener, or ask us about our delivery options within Ontario for a small extra fee.
